1.0 Disposal of Spoiled and past date foods 

Client understands that sparkly housekeepers will clean the interior of the refrigerator. The client agrees and understands that when taking out food from the refrigerator sparkly housekeepers will be looking at dates and product quality.

 If sparkly housekeepers find a product that is more than 2 weeks past the expiration date or is spoiled, then that the product will be disposed of. Sparkly Housekeepers will keep a list of all products being disposed of as well as pictures. Sparkly housekeepers will send the list and attach pictures of products via email to the client. 

By signing this form client agrees to above and gives sparkly housekeepers consent to dispose of any spoiled or past date products as listed above.
