No. If a staff member of sparkly housekeepers is to get hurt or fall during a service, sparkly housekeepers will take responsibility (please refer to your service agreement for more information)

What happens if a Sparkly Housekeepers employee falls and/or gets hurt?
A:
Sparkly Housekeepers is aware there might be times someone gets hurt. In this case depending on the severity,
a. sparkly housekeepers' staff will leave (if need to get medical attention)
b. Client will be rescheduled for another day and receive a $50 credit on their account for following cleaning services.
c. someone might come in and finish the job for the staff member that was hurt.
