    We provide residential and commercial cleanings, deep cleans, move-in/move-out services, post-construction cleanings, and recurring weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits. If you need something specific, just ask—we love customizing services for each home.

  • How do you price?

    Pricing is based on the size of the space, level of cleaning needed, and whether it’s a one-time or recurring service. Free quotes are always available, and we keep our pricing straightforward and transparent with no surprise fees.

  • Are you insured or bonded?

    Yes—Sparkly Housekeepers LLC is insured, and bonded giving you peace of mind while our team cares for your home or business.

  • Will I have the same cleaner each cleaning?

    Yes, at sparkly housekeepers llc we believe in the same cleaning technician for each cleaning. This establishes a good routine for Cleaning tech, as well as gives the client peace of mind knowing that every cleaning will be the same, and knowing the tech will know what the client does and doesn’t like.

  • Do you offer one-time cleanings or only recurring?

    Yes, Sparkly Housekeepers offers One Time cleaning, Maintenance, Moving in / out, special event cleanings, and much more. For more information, please visit our home page or the service page.

  • How long does a typical cleaning take?

    Each home may take different amount of time. Though for the average home cleaning may take 3 to 4 hours for maintenance, and could be upwards of 2 days for bigger jobs.

  • Do I need to be home for a cleaning?

    Not at all—whatever works best for you! Many of our clients provide a code or spare key, while others prefer to be home. We are flexible and respectful of your space either way.

  • Are your cleaners background checked?

    Absolutely. Every member of our team is trained, background-checked, and trusted. We do yearly background checks. Your safety, comfort, and privacy are extremely important to us.

  • What happens if i need to cancel or reschedule

    Sparkly Housekeepers LLC recognizes that unexpected events can occur. At the beginning of each year, we offer a one-time rescheduling pass, which cannot be carried over. If a client needs to cancel, a fee will apply, and we encourage rescheduling instead. However, please be aware that rescheduling also incurs a fee.

  • What forms of payments do you accept?

    We accept cash, card, and mobile payments. We also offer gift certificates, which make wonderful holiday and housewarming gifts.

  • What if im not satisfied with the cleaning?

    Your satisfaction matters. If something doesn’t look right, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right. We stand behind our work.

  • What if i have pets?

    We love pets! Just let us know ahead of time so we can make sure they are safe and comfortable during the cleaning

  • Do I need to provide supplies?

    Nope! We bring all the cleaning products and tools needed to leave your space sparkling. If there’s a certain product you’d like us to use, we’re happy to accommodate whenever possible.
