2. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and current. However, service descriptions, pricing, availability, service areas, photographs, promotions, and other information may change without notice.

Website descriptions are general descriptions and do not create a guarantee that a particular service, task, price, appointment time, employee, or service outcome will be available.

The specific services, pricing, scope of work, and appointment details applicable to a Client are determined by the applicable quote, estimate, work order, booking information, and Client Service Agreement.

3. Quotes and Estimates

Online quote requests and estimates are not automatically guaranteed bookings.

A quote may be based on information provided by the Client, including home size, rooms, condition, requested services, frequency, photographs, or other information.

If the actual condition of the home or requested work differs materially from the information provided, Sparkly Housekeepers may revise the service scope, pricing, estimated service time, or appointment requirements before or during service.

A service appointment is not confirmed until Sparkly Housekeepers has accepted the booking and the required booking or agreement requirements have been completed.

4. Online Scheduling

Appointment availability is subject to employee availability, service area, travel requirements, route efficiency, weather, emergencies, and other operational considerations.

Requested appointment dates or times are not guaranteed until confirmed by Sparkly Housekeepers.

Arrival times may be provided as an estimated arrival window rather than an exact arrival time.

5. Payments

Payment terms are governed by the Client Service Agreement applicable to the booked service.

Where available, Clients may use electronic payment methods, including credit card, debit card, ACH, or other approved payment methods.

If automatic payments or a card-on-file arrangement is offered, the Client must authorize those charges in accordance with the applicable payment authorization.

6. Service Agreement Controls

Website information does not replace or override a signed Client Service Agreement.

If there is a conflict between general website information and a signed Client Service Agreement, the applicable signed agreement and approved service documents will control to the extent permitted by law.

7. User-Submitted Information

When you submit information through our website, quote forms, contact forms, booking forms, or other online features, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

You agree not to submit information that is knowingly false, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, threatening, or harmful.

Helping Hands and Organization & Decluttering services are also subject to their applicable service scope and exclusions.

13. No Guarantee of Website Availability

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website at any time.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sparkly Housekeepers LLC shall not be responsible for losses arising solely from the Client's use of the website, reliance upon general website information, website interruptions, or third-party website services.
